We all know how wonderful an indoor pool is but have you ever stopped and though about how it could be causing you harmful damage to your health and the surroundings? Have you ever experienced that odor you sense when you enter an indoor pool? 

That is elevated humidity combined with pool pollutants. It’s not only uncomfortable for us and the environment it can cause many other issues with the surrounding that you many not be aware of! 

You may experience poor health due to high chemical concentration in the air and mold. You may see, corrosion damage to the building components and fittings, in particular metal and concrete and you may notice higher operating costs due to the need to supply fresh cold air into the room to combat the humidity and odors.

Dehumidifiers are designed to remove excess humidity from your indoor pool air and deliver ventilation to control pollutants caused from normal pool activity.  There are many advantages of using swimming pool dehumidifiers such as having control over your indoor temperature and maintaining healthy and comfortable humidity levels.

The Evo Solace dehumidifier is designed to remove the moisture from the air in the room without losing the warmth contained within.  The warm moist air is drawn through the base of the unit and passes over a cold coil to remove the moisture and chemicals. The air then passes through a hot coil which replaces the heat in the air. The result – drier air.

The Solace Domestic is designed to be simple to install, operate and maintain.  Simply mount the Solace unit onto a wall in the pool room, plug the unit into an available power point and direct the drain water back into the pool. Set your desired humidity level and leave the Solace to do the rest – its that easy!  Depending on the size of the room and intended usage, more then 1 Evo Solace unit may be required.
